Welcome to Life on the Bright Side with me, Michelle! I am a 39 year old married, mom of two. I have a beautiful teenage daughter, a crazy 8 year old son and I’m a stay at home mom with a full time job. What does that mean? It means I work from home 40 hours a week with life literally going on all around me! I also teach fitness classes on the side, love a good dance party and am obsessed with podcasts. My life is chaotic, my house is messy, and I am always late. I’m constantly on a journey to figure this crazy life of mine out. Every single day I wake up with the intention to be a little bit better than the day before. It doesn’t always happen like that, but I try. I also have my 40th birthday coming up and it is making me do some crazy things, like start this blog! What some might call a mid-life crisis, I like to call living my best life. One thing that helps me get through all the craziness that my busy schedule brings? Always finding the bright side of life. It doesn’t always feel like it, but every day we get to wake up and be part of the chaos, is a good day. Here you will find all things from health and fitness, to life and family, and everything in-between. I am by no means a professional, in fact, I’m kind of a hot mess most of the time! But I refuse to quit trying to be a little less messy, no matter how long it takes. Life is too short to not live on the bright side.
